The Zone3 Hand Paddles are often described as the most comfortable paddles available. In fact, the coaches of two of the largest triathlon clubs in the UK stock these especially for their swimmers. They are perfect for building upper body swimming strength and are very useful to combine with the buoyancy shorts.

After testing many different types of swimming paddle, Zone3 have chosen this set as they are not too big or too small. The contoured shape maximizes the effect on the freestyle water catch positions and minimizes any disruption to the stroke technique, therefore reducing risk of injury.
One of the really great design features is the option of the single finger strap for more advanced swimmers or full hand straps for extra support - a great way to progress your swim stokes.
These paddles are also quick and easy to put on compared to some paddles. Simply slide them through your middle finger and you're ready to go.
